A block of tickets has been reserved for Lions and their guests to attend the Springfield Cardinals game.  You DO NOT have to register for the Lions State Convention to participate at the game.  All tickets are $6.00 each.  You may order them individual or as a group from your club.  Payment must accompany this form.  Deadline is Monday, April 17.  Tickets will be distributed after the deadline by mail or may be picked up at University Plaza at Lions Registration Desk.
